Bölgesel Kolektivitelerin Dış Eylem Delegasyonu (DAECT), tüm Fransız metropol ve denizaşırı bölgesel topluluklara ve onların gıda güvenliği seviyesini artırmayı amaçlayan yabancı ortaklarına yönelik merkezi olmayan "Gıda Güvenliği" işbirliğini desteklemek için bir proje çağrısı başlatıyor. Bu proje çağrısı, yabancı yerel makamlarla ademi merkeziyetçi işbirliği ortaklıkları çerçevesinde projeler yürüten Fransız büyükşehir veya denizaşırı yerel makamlara (CTF) veya bunların gruplarına yöneliktir.
Her durumda, proje yönetimi bir veya daha fazla CTF veya CTF grubu ve muadilleri tarafından sağlanmalı ve proje izleme bir veya daha fazla CTF veya CTF grubu tarafından sağlanmalıdır.

Bu proje çağrısının amaçları şunlardır:
- Yerel makamların, uygulamaya koyabilecekleri politikalar aracılığıyla, daha fazla gıda güvenliği ve daha iyi beslenmeye katkıda bulunan gıda sistemlerinin geçişinde önemli bir itici role sahip oldukları konusundaki farkındalığı;
- gıda güvenliği seviyesini artıran topluluk eylemlerinin geliştirilmesi;
- Aralarında uzmanlık aktarımı ve deneyim alışverişi yaparak Fransız ve yabancı yerel makamların becerilerinin güçlendirilmesi.
Süre
Yerel makamlar, MEAE eş finansman anlaşmasının tebliğ tarihinden itibaren 12 ila 36 ay arasında değişen bir süre için proje sunabilir.

The Delegation for the External Action of Territorial Collectivities (DAECT) is launching a call for projects in support of decentralized "Food Security" cooperation aimed at all French metropolitan and overseas territorial collectivities and their foreign partners who aim to increase the level of food security for the benefit of their constituents by implementing projects that meet this objective.
This call for projects is aimed at French metropolitan or overseas local authorities (CTF) or their groups that are carrying out projects within the framework of decentralized cooperation partnerships with foreign local authorities.
In all cases, project management must be provided by one or more CTFs or groups of CTFs and their counterparts, and project monitoring must be provided by one or more CTFs or groups of CTFs.
Objectives
The objectives of this call for projects are:
- The awareness of local authorities that they have, through the policies they can put in place, an important driving role in the transitions of food systems contributing to greater food security and better nutrition;
- the development of community actions that increase the level of food security;
- strengthening the skills of French and foreign local authorities by transferring expertise and exchanging experiences between them.
Duration
Local authorities can submit projects for a period ranging from 12 to 36 months , from the date of notification of the MEAE co-financing agreement.
